No physical products are delivered; therefore, traditional product-based return policies do not apply.
Service Exchanges
Service changes, rescheduling, or exchanges are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are encouraged to reach out to our team directly for any concerns related to sessions or service experience.
Refunds
All purchases made for HB+ programs, sessions, challenges, workshops, or subscriptions are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
